Ms. Nexy excellent and great job at helping tenants and is very smart . I was just amaze how much she could remember on the renew your lease papers. Please give her on her next performance review consoles.

This is a great place I love what they've done with the place I transferred from an older apartment to the renovated one and I am so impressed. They've done great work huge kudos to the team thank you for everything!!

I have applied about a week ago. Ely was so much help. The application process was smooth they asked for the 3 most recent paycheck stubs and 3 month bank statements. It took about 72 hours to know that I was approved. I already seen my apartment its beautiful. Thank you Ely!

Ely is such a gem!! She made the application process SUPER QUICK and easy!! She had all contact information readily available, making the process really smooth. She was extremely patient, thorough, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and she was very personable, professional, and funny (which is always welcome as we all know what a pain moving can be). Definitely 5 stars to her. Makes me feel good knowing she works in the office.

Great customer service. Recommend working with the ladies in the office. Made it easy for the application process and my move in. The outside does need some work but my apartment in the side looks great!! I also love that they have resident events monthly

I’ve been a resident for 2 years. Yes management did change for a few years. The current staff been here since November 2022. Property Manager Iliana, Nexy and Ely is great. You can see the change in the property. Yes theres a lot that needs to be worked on, but the job is getting done. Thank you for all you do!

My experience here so far has been great. Nexy was very helpful and really helped out on all that I needed for application. If I could give 10 stars I would!
